- Flooring: Installation of double-charged vitrified tiles (2x2 ft or 4x2 ft) in glossy or matte finish.
- Civil Basics: Minor dismantling of existing partitions, debris removal, and floor leveling.
Ceiling & Lighting
- Ceiling: Standard Gypsum board false ceiling (plain straight-line designs) with heavy-duty GI channels.
