About Our Process: From 3D Concept to Reality
Before any site work starts, we finalize your layout using 3D renders. This covers everything from cabinet heights to lighting placement. It means we catch potential clashes, like a wardrobe door hitting a window, on the screen rather than at the site. Once you sign off on this, my team takes over the execution.
How We Work
I don’t believe in guesswork. My process is designed to give you peace of mind so you aren't left wondering how your bedroom or modular kitchen will actually turn out.
1. The Consultation We start by understanding your needs. Whether it's a 2 BHK renovation in Mumbai or a kitchen upgrade, we talk about your storage requirements, your aesthetic preferences, and your budget.
2. 3D Visualization This is where the planning happens. We build 3D models that show the exact look and feel of your space. You can see the color of the acrylic shutters, the placement of the crockery unit, and even how the profile lighting will look at night. We tweak these until you’re completely happy.
3. On-Site Execution Once the design is locked, my team manages the build. We use high-quality, 100% Boiling Water Proof (BWP) Marine Ply and branded hardware like Hettich or Blum. We handle civil work, painting, and furniture installation so you don't have to coordinate with multiple vendors.
4. Handover I personally inspect the site before the final handover. We make sure every drawer slides smoothly, the soft-close mechanisms work perfectly, and the space is cleaned up and ready for you to move in. My goal is to deliver a space that is functional and built to last, not just something that looks good for a photo.
