Custom Kids' Ethnic and Party Wear
From traditional pattu pavadais to birthday party gowns, I design clothes that let kids play freely while looking their absolute best.
A custom-stitched off-white lehenga set for a little girl. The fabric has a beautiful self-design, and the outfit is designed for comfort, making it perfect for long hours at a family function.
Another pose in the lovely off-white custom lehenga. I ensure that kids' outfits have a perfect finish and soft lining so they feel happy and comfortable wearing them.
This little client looks like a princess in her custom-made lehenga. I take special care with measurements to ensure a perfect fit for growing children.
A beautiful purple ball gown for a young girl, featuring a full, flared skirt with ruffled tiers. It's the perfect dress for a birthday party or special celebration.
A student's creation: a kids' lehenga with a velvet blouse and a light purple embroidered skirt. We teach how to scale down adult designs for children perfectly.
A traditional pattu pavadai (silk skirt and blouse) with hand embroidery. The bright pink and lime green combination is a classic choice for kids' ethnic wear.
A custom-made pattu langa for a little girl, created from a saree. The puff sleeves and embroidered blouse paired with the tiered skirt make for a beautiful traditional outfit.
About this collection
I know kids hate itchy fabric or tight zippers. That’s why I always use 100% pre-washed cotton linings, add zipper guards to stop pinches, and leave 2-3 inches of margin inside so the dress grows with them.
Kids' fashion isn't just about how it looks; it’s about how it feels. My focus is on boutique-style comfort—that means no raw seams that scratch, no heavy designs that weigh them down, and definitely no 'itchy' net against the skin. Whether I’m stitching a traditional pattu langa for a temple function or a ruffled party frock for a birthday, I treat the fabric with the same care I’d use for an adult’s outfit.
I specifically design for the growth spurts that happen between events. Every lehenga or frock includes extra inner margins, so you aren't stuck with a one-time wear. For our pattu pavadai sets, I use pre-washed silk and soft cotton linings, ensuring they stay comfortable even for long wedding ceremonies. Comfort is my jwabdaari (responsibility).
Planning a special day? I also handle twinning sets. Imagine matching with your daughter in an outfit created from the same fabric—it's one of my favorite things to design. Just bring your ideas or fabric, and let’s make something beautiful that your child actually wants to wear.
