About this collection
My approach to twinning is simple: perfect color match and total comfort. I use a single fabric source for both outfits to ensure the tones are identical, then handle the drafting for both myself to guarantee the fit. For your little one, I use extra-soft, pre-washed cotton linings, so they can play, run, and dance without any irritation.
When you come to me for a twinning set, we start with the fabric. Because I source the fabric for both outfits from the same roll or saree, you never have to worry about color mismatches or texture clashes.
My design process is different because I don't just 'stitch' the outfits. I create a pattern for you and a separate one for your child using my signature drafting technique. This ensures your blouse or gown has the right structure—no slipping shoulders or bunching—while your child's outfit is built to be kid-friendly.
I pay close attention to the details that matter for children:
- Safety: Zipper guards are included to prevent skin pinching.
- Comfort: I only use 100 percent pre-washed cotton lining to ensure the fabric is non-itchy.
- Growth: I always leave 2 to 3 inches of inner margin. Kids grow fast, and I want them to be able to wear their favourite outfit for longer.
