This dining space is defined by the striking modern staircase behind it. We used a combination of wood, glass, and recessed lighting to make the staircase a functional sculpture, creating a dramatic backdrop for family meals and gatherings.

When we build your luxury home, my dad handles the site execution daily to make sure those complex floating staircases and feature walls are built exactly as we designed them. You won't have to worry about managing contractors because we take complete ownership of the build from the first day to the last.

- How long does a home project take? Depending on the scale, a turnkey residential project usually requires 4 to 6 months to ensure everything from the flooring to the electrical switches is perfect.
