From Concept to Reality: Our Full-Service Workspace Process
We don't just design offices on paper; we build them to function. See how our process takes your workspace from an initial sketch to a finished, high-performance office.
This video shows the magic of transformation, from a simple black and white sketch to a fully colored and detailed design concept. Color breathes life, emotion, and realism into our initial ideas.
A quick concept sketch is where it all begins. This drawing visualizes an open-plan office with defined zones, helping us map out the layout and flow before moving to digital design.
An identical image of the initial office sketch, surrounded by material samples. This illustrates how we combine early-stage visualization with tangible material selection.
This sketch details a dry pantry and cafeteria area. It's a crucial first step in defining the functionality and feel of a space before we create detailed plans and renders.
A duplicate of the pantry sketch, emphasizing how we use hand drawings to quickly communicate design intent with our team and clients.
This is a complete floor plan illustrating our "Architecture of Flow" concept. It shows the detailed layout of workstations, cabins, and breakout areas, optimized for seamless movement and productivity.
This diagram details the employee circulation path through the office. We strategically plan pathways to ensure efficient movement between different zones, from the entrance to workstations and meeting rooms.
About this collection
When we say 'concept to reality', it means one team handles everything. We don’t just hand over a set of drawings and leave. Our own crew executes the build, from partitioning to MEP integration, so you aren't stuck coordinating between different contractors. We own the finish, not just the design.
The journey from a blank floor plate to a working office is complex, which is why we break our process into three distinct phases.
1. Discovery and 'Architecture of Flow'
Before we pick a single paint color, we spend time understanding how your team moves. We look at circulation paths, departments, and where teams naturally collaborate. We map this out using our 'Architecture of Flow' methodology to ensure the layout supports productivity rather than just filling space with desks.
2. Visualization and VR
We bridge the gap between imagination and reality using 3D renders and VR walkthroughs. This isn't just for looks; it allows you to step into your future office before we start any construction. You can check sightlines, test the 'feel' of a breakout zone, and give us feedback on material choices like laminates or flooring types. This stage eliminates the guesswork.
3. The Build: Turnkey Execution
Because we are a design-and-build firm, we don't outsource the messy parts. Our site team handles the heavy lifting: grid ceilings, glass partitions, HVAC, and electrical wiring. This integrated approach means we maintain quality control from the first wall partition to the final ergonomic chair. You get a single point of contact for the entire lifecycle of the project, reducing the common friction found in multi-vendor commercial fit-outs.
Whether you need a full-scale corporate office fit-out or a layout refresh for an existing space, our process is built to give you clarity and control from day one.
