We design and build your office from start to finish with one team, using 3D and VR previews so you see the space before we build, and handle everything from planning to final setup without outside contractors.

Commercial Design & VR Consultation
Design & Visualization
- Space Planning: 2D Layouts focusing on optimizing movement between departments, includes up to 3 iteration cycles.
- 3D Experience: Standard 3D renders of key areas (Reception, Boardroom, Workstations) plus a basic 360 degree VR Walkthrough link.
- Material Moodboard: Digital selection of laminates (Merino/Greenlam), flooring types, and paint palettes based on color therapy.
Technical Documentation
- GFC Drawings: Comprehensive 'Good For Construction' set including partitioning plans, reflected ceiling plans, and flooring layouts.
- MEP Planning: Basic electrical looping diagrams, data voice point marking, and HVAC diffuser placement locations.
- BOQ Generation: Detailed Bill of Quantities with specifications for local procurement.
Essential Turnkey Office Fit-Out
Civil, Ceiling & Flooring
- Flooring: Heavy duty nylon carpet tiles (50x50cm) in workstations; Vitrified tiles (600x600mm) in pantry and reception areas.
- Ceiling: Primary usage of 2x2 Grid False Ceiling for acoustics; Gypsum boxing provided for peripheral borders.
- Walls: Premium Emulsion paint with standard branding application.
Partitions & Joinery
- Glass Works: 10mm to 12mm Toughened glass partitions with powder coated aluminum framing (Black/Grey) for cabins.
- Doors: Flush doors with laminate finish or patch fitting glass doors.
- Joinery: Standard laminate finish reception desk and modular pantry storage units.
Workstations & Furniture
- Desking: Linear modular workstations with powder coated metal legs and pre lam particle board tops with privacy screens.
- Seating: Mid range mesh back ergonomic chairs with nylon base for staff; High back leatherette chairs for Managers.
MEP Services
- Electrical: Fire retardant wiring, commercial 2x2 LED panel lights, and modular switchboards.
- Networking: Cat6 cabling for LAN ports at every workstation.
- HVAC: Low side ducting and diffuser fixing connected to central line or Cassette AC installation.

- Ceiling: Open Industrial look with exposed painted ducting and conduits, interspersed with Acoustic Baffles or Cloud ceilings.

Why I Do What I Do
For me, an office isn’t just a bunch of desks. It’s a spot where people actually want to show up every day. I like figuring out how to make spaces that help teams think better and work happier. Been at this for 10+ years now, always trying to answer: “How can a workspace make people do their best?”
How My Process Works
I handle both design and build – one team, start to finish. No running around after different contractors. You get that one-point contact vibe, so things move faster and with less confusion.
- First, I sit with you and figure out what your team really needs. Not just a fancy look, but how the space needs to work for you. That’s the office space planning solutions part.
- Next, I use 3D office design visualization and even VR, so you’ll know exactly what you’re getting before any walls go up.
- My own site crew takes care of the actual build – partitions, wiring, flooring, all the tricky bits, right till the last chair.

Started Design Arc Interiors 12 years back in namma Bengaluru, asking – why can’t offices spark creativity and real human connections? We’ve bagged a few awards, grown our team, but it’s always about the people. Our team’s a mix of cricket lovers, festival fans, and design geeks. ‘Kalayum kazhchayum koodi’ (arts and sights together) isn’t just for Onam, it’s our vibe daily.
