Our architectural design process follows a disciplined four-stage methodology to ensure your project stays on schedule. We then move into visualization, where we generate high-definition 3D models and define your material palette with physical samples.
The third stage is technical planning. Here, we generate detailed Good For Construction (GFC) drawings, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) designs, and a complete Bill of Quantities. This is the crucial point where we invite you to wear our VR headset. Seeing your future office or home in virtual reality allows you to verify spatial proportions and sightlines before we start any civil work. Finally, we move to execution and site supervision, managing procurement and contractor coordination until the final light fixture is installed.
