I am Mohd Dilshad Saifi. I believe you should know exactly who is building your home. Here is a look at my process from my factory floor to your project site.

About Meet the Owner
When you work with me, you are not dealing with a middleman or a sales team. I own my factory in Noida, and I personally visit every project site to ensure the measurements, the plywood quality, and the final polish are done to my standard. You can see me on-site in these photos because that is where I spend most of my time—making sure the 3D designs we discuss actually come to life in your bedroom or kitchen exactly as planned.
My Approach to Your Home
I run Design & Decor with one goal: to remove the confusion and extra costs that usually come with home renovations. By maintaining my own factory, I have full control over the quality of the materials, whether it is high-grade HDHMR or marine plywood.
Why I stay hands-on:
- Quality Control: I do not outsource production. Everything, from modular kitchen cabinets to wardrobes and TV units, is manufactured in my Noida facility. I see every cut and edge band.
- Direct Accountability: When you have a question about your project, you call me. I am the one managing the timeline, the design, and the installation team.
- Site Presence: As you see in the gallery, I am regularly at the site. I believe in 'pura kaam' (the whole work)—I oversee the installation to ensure the fit is perfect and nothing is left pending.
