This is how a luxury washroom is born. From a raw, broken-down space, I managed the entire process of waterproofing, tiling, and installing high-end fixtures to create a completely new and modern bathroom.

My Process: From Shell to Home
My involvement is total. Whether you are dealing with a bare-shell apartment or a complete gut-renovation of an older property, I manage the heavy lifting.
- Civil & Structural: I handle the demolition, wall re-alignments, and structural checks. If we need to break a wall to create an open kitchen, I oversee the structural safety and the execution.
- MEP & Finishing: I supervise electrical channeling, plumbing, and wall preparation (POP punning) to ensure the foundation of your interiors is sound. A beautiful finish means nothing if the work behind the wall is shoddy.
- Supervision: You will find me on-site, not just during the design phase, but during the actual construction. I am the single point of contact for every trade—electrical, painting, tiling, and carpentry.
