Turnkey Office Execution Service
Civil & Interior Shell
- Flooring: Supply and installation of 600x600mm Double Charged Vitrified Tiles (Commercial grade).
- Ceiling: Combination of Grid Ceiling (Armstrong type) for open work areas and Gypsum False Ceiling for cabins/reception.
- Partitions: 10mm to 12mm Toughened Glass partitions installed with patch fittings and floor springs.
- Wall Finish: POP Punning for surface smoothing followed by 2 coats of Plastic Emulsion paint.
Electrical & Services
- Electrical: Internal wiring (Havells/Polycab) for lighting and power sockets with modular switches (Anchor/Panasonic).
- Networking: Laying of CAT6 LAN cables to each workstation point.
- Lighting: 2x2 Panel lights for grid ceiling areas and LED downlights for gypsum areas.
Furniture Manufacturing
- Scope: In-house manufacturing of Manager Cabins, Staff Workstations, and Reception units based on layout density.
- Material: All fixed furniture made using Commercial Plywood and Laminate finish (no particle board or MDF).
Director Cabin Setup (120 sq. ft.)
Factory Finished Furniture
- Executive Desk: 6ft x 3ft table constructed from 18mm BWR (Boiling Water Resistant) plywood with 1mm anti-scratch laminate and 2mm PVC edge banding.
- Storage Units: Includes one matching 3ft side credenza with drawers and one 6ft wide back storage cabinet.
- Seating: 1 High-back ergonomic Boss chair (Leatherette/Mesh) plus 2 fixed cantilever visitor chairs.
Interior Construction
- False Ceiling: Gypsum board ceiling with perimeter cove design for indirect lighting.
- Lighting: Installation of LED COB downlights and cove LED strip lights (wiring included).
- Wall Treatment: One focal wall treated with PVC louvers or laminate paneling; remaining walls finished with plastic emulsion paint.
Staff Workstation Cluster (Per Seat)
Desk & Structure
- Core Material: Table tops made of 100% Commercial Plywood (18mm) with 0.8mm laminate finish.
- Framework: Powder-coated MS (Mild Steel) legs (50mm x 50mm section) in linear or L-shaped cluster configurations.
- Accessories: Front divider screen (sandblasted glass or laminated ply) and aluminum flip-top box for wire management.
Storage & Seating
- Pedestal: Mobile 3-drawer unit (2 stationery + 1 file) made of 18mm plywood with central lock.
- Staff Chair: Mid-back ergonomic mesh chair featuring hydraulic height adjustment and nylon castor wheels.

Main Dilshad hoon, most of my din goes at Design & Decor. Subha ki ser ke baad, seedha site ya factory. Noida mein apni factory hai - sab kuch apni aankhon ke saamne banta hai, from plywood to polish. Alhamdulillah, kaam acha hai. Hajj kiya hai, bada blessing tha. Free time? Dost log aur thoda moj masti. Simple banda hoon, bas acha kaam karo, shukr manao.
