Custom Modular Kitchen Designs and Installations
I design and build modular kitchens in my own Noida factory. No middlemen, just honest, factory-fitted quality tailored to your space and cooking habits.
This project at Lotus Panache in Noida features several kitchen styles. You can see a U-shaped kitchen with dual-tone cabinets, an island kitchen, and another layout with a breakfast counter.

Here I am on-site with a nearly finished kitchen. This design includes a tall unit with a built-in oven and microwave, along with pull-out wicker baskets for vegetable storage.

About this collection
Don’t just look at the glossy finish, as the real quality is inside the structure. We use HDHMR and BWP Marine Ply (710 grade) specifically for wet areas like the sink cabinet to keep water damage away. When we chat, I will walk you through how we choose materials based on your daily usage, not just on looks.
From Factory to Your Home
I believe in controlling the process from start to finish. Because I run my own factory in Noida, I don't rely on third-party suppliers. Every kitchen layout—whether it is a compact L-shape, a spacious U-shape, or an island kitchen—is manufactured using heavy-duty automatic machines. This ensures the edge banding is sealed tight and the hardware fittings are precise.
Material Matters
My standard is using 18mm HDHMR (High-Density High-Moisture Resistance) boards for the main carcass, which provides the structural strength needed for daily Indian cooking. For the wet areas, specifically the sink unit, I use BWP (Boiling Water Proof) Marine Grade plywood. This is the only way to ensure your cabinets do not swell or rot over time.
Customization Options
- Finishes: You can choose from high-gloss acrylics that resist scratches or matte laminates for a modern, understated look.
- Storage: I install soft-close hardware from reliable brands, including Tandem boxes for heavy pots and pans, and wire baskets for organized storage.
- Design: We start with 2D and 3D layouts so you can see exactly how the hob, chimney, and microwave cut-outs will fit before we cut a single sheet of ply.
Everything is built to last, not just to look good on day one.
Design And Decor
I’m Dilshad. I spend my days between the factory floor and job sites to make sure every cabinet fits perfectly. I like to keep things simple—if I wouldn't use the material in my own home, I won't use it in yours.
