Our design philosophy centers on a singular guiding concept where form, materiality, and light converge. Explore a selection of our work that bridges the gap between dramatic architectural expression and functional restraint.

We designed this expansive living room as a large cuboidal volume, using architectural elements to manage its scale. The ceiling is subdivided into quadrants, with dramatic vaults that draw the eye and create a sense of rhythm, an approach that renders the design intent authentic. The refined grey scale palette is softened by plush, minimalist furniture and a statement spherical pendant light, establishing a dialogue between the living and dining areas.

In this master bedroom from the Vaulted Haus, we used a four-poster bed to define the volume within the larger space. The headboard wall is a study in texture, combining frosted glass bricks with custom grey veneer strips. This layering of materials, along with the vaulted ceiling and tensioned rope lighting, creates a serene and sophisticated sanctuary.

This living room from our 'A Hint of Azul' project demonstrates how partitions can define space without enclosing it. A curved, slatted partition separates the living and dining areas, allowing natural light to filter through while seamlessly integrating the HVAC system. The cool grey palette is punctuated by strategic hints of blue, creating a calm yet dynamic environment.

We believe in the honest expression of materials. For this bar area, we conceptualized a Gabion wall, trapping randomly sized stones in a metal wire mesh to create a raw, textural fascia. This Brutalist element is contrasted with a sleek, dark green marble backsplash and minimalist pendant lighting, forming part of a 'black scoop' that unifies the entrance, bar, and kitchen.

This bedroom showcases our focus on integrated design elements. A custom light installation in Nero metal unfolds from the wall to become a functional bedside table. The headboard wall, crafted from grey ribbed wooden slats against a smoked glass background, creates an illusion of depth and breathability through subtle reflections.

The dining area in our 'Wedged Haus' project is defined by the monolithic presence of the kitchen block. We used light oak veneer and ribbed details to create a standalone object that contrasts with the muted grey tones and Ceppo De Gre marble flooring. Statement pendant lights from Moooi anchor the space, making the dining experience both intimate and visually striking.

We approach even traditional spaces with a modern, sculptural sensibility. This family temple, conceived as a 'Ghoonghat' or veil, is a doubly curving form set within a metal frame. The design allows only a partial view until you are directly in front of it, creating a moment of quiet contemplation and revealing a vibrant blue interior.

About this collection

We approach every project as a tangible diagram, often using architectural elements like vaulted ceilings or Gabion walls to define space without simply enclosing it. When we design, we start with a clear, singular concept—a black scoop or a veiled form—that dictates how light interacts with materials like lime plaster and raw stone, ensuring the final result feels cohesive rather than cluttered.

Our process is rooted in the conviction that architecture shapes human behavior. By focusing on volume and light, we transform generic floor plans into environments that possess a specific, grounded identity.

The Design Logic

We view the home as an intersection of volume and texture. Whether it is the monochromatic grey scale palette of our 'Vaulted Haus' or the angular geometry of 'Wedged Haus,' every decision is made to enhance the user experience. We often manipulate scale through geometric interventions—such as subdividing ceilings into quadrants or using curved slatted partitions—to create zones that feel distinct yet interconnected.

Materiality as Intent

We prioritize materials that age well and offer inherent structural honesty. Our palette relies heavily on raw stone, oak wood, and cementitious lime plaster. The contrast between these tactile surfaces and sleek elements like metal mesh or glass bricks forms the core of our aesthetic. We do not use color to create interest; we rely on the play of natural light against these textures to provide depth.

Our Services

We provide two primary modes of engagement:

  • Turnkey Civil & Interiors Execution: A comprehensive service covering everything from structural modifications to custom joinery, flooring, and MEP coordination. We manage the site to ensure the final build remains true to the original design intent.
  • Architectural Design & Consultancy: Focused on the conceptual foundation, including 2D layout planning, photorealistic 3D rendering, and the production of GFC (Good For Construction) drawings. This includes detailed BOQs and periodic supervision to ensure compliance with our technical specifications.

If you are interested in a space that prioritizes clarity, function, and a strong architectural narrative, we invite you to start a conversation about your requirements.
