Taekwondo Training & Foundation Coaching
An inside look at our foundation training. We focus on agility, reaction time, and core drills to build your base.
Here's a look at our foundation batch in action. We start with the essentials, focusing on agility and footwork drills to build a solid base for all advanced Taekwondo techniques. Quick feet and sharp movements are non-negotiable, and I make sure every student masters this from day one.
About Featured
You won't find flashy moves on day one. I prioritize footwork and reaction time because a weak stance breaks under pressure. In these sessions, we focus on ladder drills and core conditioning, pushing you to move faster with every rep. If you are looking for a place to get disciplined and build real stamina, this is the environment you need.
My approach to Taekwondo is simple: practice with purpose. Whether you are a complete beginner or an athlete looking to improve, the starting point is always the same. We dedicate time to ladder drills and cone work to ensure your footwork is precise and your speed is sharp.
The Curriculum
- Foundation: We start with stance work and basic defensive blocks.
- Agility: Ladder drills are non-negotiable. They build the coordination needed for advanced sparring.
- Conditioning: Expect high-rep drills designed to test your endurance and mental focus.
Training at our Vikaspuri facility means working in a group setting of 15 to 25 students. This is not a personal training environment where you are pampered. It is a shared space where we push each other to improve. If you are ready to sweat and commit to the process, we have batches starting regularly.
