Finding Joy in the Little Things

Life is not just about the big events. It is the quiet celebrations, the messy but beautiful home setups, and those rare moments of stillness we carve out for ourselves. Here is a glimpse into what keeps me inspired.

About this collection

Whether it is setting up the living room for a festival or rearranging the balcony plants, these moments fuel my creativity for the workshops I lead. You do not need a professional studio to create a warm space, you just need to start with what you have. I love showing how simple handmade details, like that woven bamboo light in the photos, change the entire energy of a room.

My creative philosophy is simple: if you can imagine it, you can make it. When I am at home during festivals or just spending a quiet Sunday, I am constantly looking at objects differently. That basket in your storage cabinet is not just for holding things. With a bit of yarn and time, it becomes a statement lamp that brings a natural, soft light to your bedroom or living area.

I believe that the spaces we inhabit directly influence our peace of mind. This is why I started conducting workshops in Bengaluru. My aim is to help you bring that same sense of personal touch into your own home. We are often conditioned to think we need to buy new things to refresh our decor, but the most satisfying projects I have done involve upcycling waste items that would otherwise end up in the trash.

When we work together in my DIY classes, we are doing more than just painting or gluing. We are practicing the same focus required in yoga. It is about patience, accepting the mistakes, and finding the rhythm in the work. Whether you are learning to style a corner with fabric wall art or figuring out how to transform a glass bottle into a planter, the goal is the same. It is about slowing down, logging off from the digital noise, and connecting with your hands.

If you have been looking for a reason to start your own creative project or just want to learn how to make your home feel more like you without spending a fortune, let us chat. I love hearing what you are planning to build, and I am always happy to share tips on where to find materials in local markets.
