Basic Room Surprise Setup
Primary Decor
- Balloon Count: 150 to 200 air-filled balloons (Choice of Metallic, Pastel, or Chrome).
- Placement: Approx. 50 loose floor balloons, approx. 50 ceiling bunches with hanging ribbons, and wall bunches.
- Foil Elements: One "Happy Birthday" or "Happy Anniversary" foil banner (16-inch) OR a small rental Neon sign.
- Accents: 2 to 4 shaped foil balloons (Stars/Hearts).

- Execution Time: 60 to 90 minutes.
- Adhesion: Uses standard masking tape to minimize wall damage.
- Staff: 1 Decorator included.
Circular Ring with Neon Signage
Backdrop Structure
- Frame: 6x6 ft or 7x7 ft Circular Iron Ring or Hexagon Frame (Rental basis).
- Balloon Garland: Organic-style arrangement covering 60% to 70% of the ring circumference using mixed sizes.
- Signage: One LED Neon Light (Happy Birthday, Oh Baby, or Happy Anniversary).
Props & Add-ons
- Cake Display: Set of 3 cylindrical pedestals OR transparent "BABY" blocks.
- Accents: Artificial fern/leaves inserted into the garland.
- Lighting: Power extension cord provided for the neon sign.
Execution
- Setup Time: 2 to 3 hours required prior to the event.
- Removal: Next-day pickup of ring, neon, and stands.

Grand Backdrop
- Dimension: 8ft x 8ft Backdrop area.
- Base Material: Choice of Shimmer Wall (Gold/Silver/Iridescent sequins) OR Custom Printed Flex Backdrop.
- Balloon Arch: L-Shape or Inverted U organic arch framing the backdrop (Chrome/Pastel balloons).
Themed Elements
- Cutouts: 3 to 5 sunboard cutouts of theme elements (2ft to 3ft height).
- Marquee Numbers: One LED Marquee Number (approx. 3ft height) included.
- Floor Decor: Matching floor carpet/mat in front of the backdrop.
Accessories
- Cake Station: Stylish cake table (Gold Frame or Mirror top).
- Spotlights: 2 LED PAR lights for illumination.
Private Cabana & Candlelight Setup
Structure & Ambience
- Cabana: A 6ft x 6ft tent structure draped with white sheer curtains/net fabric.
- Lighting: Extensive fairy lights (Rice lights) draped to create a curtain of lights effect.
- Floor Decor: Pathway created with fresh rose petals.
Romantic Elements
- Balloons: 50 to 80 Red and White balloons and 2 large Heart-shaped foils.
- Signage: "Love" Cursive Foil Balloon OR a Neon "Better Together" sign.
- Candles: 10 to 15 Battery-operated LED tealight candles.
Logistics
- Requirement: Client must provide a cleared space (Terrace/Garden/Room) of at least 10x10 ft.
- Setup: Takes 2 to 3 hours; includes next-day dismantling.

Birthday Theme Decoration
Yeh mera favourite hai (This is my favorite). Kids go crazy for themes like Cocomelon, Jungle, Frozen, Minions - I set up character cutouts, foil balloons, and color-coordinated balloon rings. Shimmer walls, neon signs, and light-up numbers make the cake area pop.
Romantic Anniversary Surprise
Want to surprise your partner? I do room makeovers with canopy tents, fairy lights, rose petals, heart balloons, and 'LOVE' foil. For parties, I add neon anniversary signs, milestone numbers, and heart-shaped arches.
Welcoming Baby & More
For baby showers, I use pastel balloons, 'Oh Baby' signs, teddy props. Annaprashan and welcome baby events mix modern balloons with marigold flowers.
Shop Opening Balloon Arch & Temple Events
Grand balloon arches and ribbon setups for shop/office openings. For temple events, I use floral, lights, and theme items as per tradition.
Aap bas event batao, decoration hum kar denge (Just tell me your event, I’ll handle the decoration). I always try to give my best - sometimes weather or venue size can limit things, but I adjust and make it work.

My Story
Jai Shree Shyam ji. Jo bhi kaam hota hai, sab baba Khatu Shyam ji ke ashirwad se hi hota hai. Baba ke birthday ki decoration ki thi, bahut badi baat thi mere liye. Balaji Chowk, Uttam Nagar pe shop hai - sab samaan mil jayega. Hum sirf gubbaare nahi, khushiyan dete hain. Aap aao, dekho, baat karo. Sab kuch dil se hota hai.
