About Artisanal Roasts & Bakes
Keep in mind that these roasts are fully cooked and ready to heat, so you do not need to spend hours in the kitchen during your gathering. Because we use a 70:30 meat-to-fat ratio and slow-cook them to retain moisture, just ensure you do not overheat them. A gentle warming in the oven or a covered pan is all it takes to bring out that juicy texture.
Why Our Roasts Are Different
We do not believe in industrial shortcuts. Whether it is our Porchetta rolled with liver pâté or our classic meatloaf, everything starts with premium pork and spices grown right on our family estate in Coorg. We slow-cook our meats for hours until they reach the perfect tenderness.
Serving Tips for Your Next Gathering
- The Meatloaf: It is incredibly versatile. Serve it sliced with Aglio olio pasta for a fancy dinner, or crumble it into scrambled eggs for a hearty breakfast.
- Heat-and-Eat Convenience: Everything comes to you cooked. To keep the meat juicy, avoid the microwave if you can. A slow warm-up in the oven or a covered pan with a splash of water works best to prevent drying out.
- Storage: If you are not eating it immediately, store your portions in the fridge. Our roasts keep their texture best when not repeatedly frozen and thawed.

How many people does a portion serve? Our standard 500g portions are generous and typically serve 2 to 3 adults as a main course, depending on your side dishes.
