This is the first thing you'll see. It’s a collection of our most-loved dishes that tells the story of our kitchen: a blend of Coorgi tradition, slow-cooked perfection, and a touch of global inspiration. Each bite is a taste of home.
The Heart of Coorg: Our Traditional Recipes
This is where our story begins, with recipes passed down through generations. We make our Pandi Curry the old-fashioned way, slow-cooking it for hours with spices grown on our family estate, including the essential kachampuli vinegar. You'll also find other Kodava favorites like our rich Pork Kaima Undey curry.
Our Handmade Sausages: A World of Flavor
We make all our sausages from scratch using juicy pork mince and fresh herbs and spices. Our range includes the traditional Coorg-spiced sausage with flavors of pandi curry, a zesty Thai sausage with lemongrass and galangal, and even a rich pork and mushroom variety.
Slow-Cooked Global Flavors
While our roots are in Coorg, we love to experiment with global pork dishes, always using our signature slow-cooking method. This collection features our 8-hour pulled pork with a tomato-BBQ glaze, a tangy Goan Vindaloo, a coconut-rich Kerala Ularthiyathu, and a hearty Mexican Chili con Carne.
Artisanal Roasts & Bakes
Perfect for celebrations, Sunday brunch, or a hearty meal, our roasts and bakes are made with care. This includes our festive Karthakaad ham, a savory pork meatloaf glazed with a tomato-chili sauce, and a beautiful Porchetta rolled with liver pâté and herbs.
Quick Bites & Easy Meals
Our artisanal pork isn't just for big meals. Here are some of our favorite ways to enjoy it as a quick snack or an easy weeknight dinner. From zesty Chilly Pork Kathi rolls to versatile meatloaf sandwiches and chili-topped toastadas, these ideas show you just how easy it is to make a delicious meal.
From Our Estate to Your Plate
The unique flavor of our food comes from the quality of our ingredients and our commitment to handmade processes. Many of our spices, like the Parangi-molu (bird's eye chili), are grown on our family estate in Coorg. We also render our own rosemary and garlic-infused lard and cure our own bacon.
Our Story & Community
Curly Sue Pork is a labor of love, named for my daughter and inspired by my family's heritage. We started as a small cloud kitchen and are so grateful for the community that has grown around our food. Here are a few moments from our journey, from press features to sharing our story with others.
