I started Cuisineo to bring 5-star culinary standards to private and corporate events. Get to know the team behind the food and what drives us.

This is us, Chef Nitin and Chitra Sharma, the partners behind Cuisineo. I handle the kitchen and culinary direction, while Chitra is the backbone of our operations, ensuring every event is executed flawlessly.

A little about me, Chef Nitin. With a specialization in Indian, Continental, Chinese, and global cuisines, I lead our team from menu design to flawless presentation, ensuring every dish reflects precision and creativity.

With over 12 years in the industry, we have built a reputation for excellence. This graphic speaks to our extensive experience in handling everything from intimate gatherings to large-scale corporate events with seamless execution.

About Meet The Founders & Our Philosophy

When you book us, you are not just getting a catering vendor, you are getting Chitra and me on the floor. I handle the kitchen logistics and flavor balancing, while Chitra personally oversees the setup and the service staff. This is why we arrive 3-4 hours before your event starts, because I do not just want the food to taste right, I need the entire experience to be seamless so you can actually enjoy your own party.

Our Culinary Roots

I have spent over 30 years in the industry, including 16 years in 5-star hotel kitchens. This gave me a rigorous foundation in technique and consistency. When I launched Cuisineo in 2012, my goal was to move away from the impersonal service that often plagues large-scale catering. My mantra is simple: Khana mehanga nahi, MAZEDAAR hona chaiye (food should not be expensive, it should be delicious).

The Partnership Behind the Plate

Cuisineo is a family-run operation. While I lead the menu design, global cuisine research, and kitchen operations, my partner Chitra acts as the backbone of our execution. She manages the client relationship, the staff coordination, and the visual presentation on the day of the event. This dual leadership means you have two points of contact who are fully invested in your event's success.

Our Operational Standards

We operate with strict quality control. We source ingredients from a network of reputed vendors I have vetted over the last decade.

  • Arrival & Setup: We always arrive 3-4 hours early to set up. We do not believe in last-minute rushing.
  • Presentation: We use our own bone china crockery and stylish serving dishes. We do not outsource the look of your buffet.
  • Staffing: Our team consists of experienced professionals who know how to manage service without being intrusive.

We have served clients like AON, Maruti Suzuki, and Dyson, but my favorite events are the private ones where we can truly personalize the menu. Whether it is a corporate working lunch or a celebration, our focus remains on reliability and taste.
