About Additional Work
We believe in being ready long before the first guest walks in. My team arrives at your venue 3 to 4 hours early to set up everything—from the chafing dishes and floral accents to the bar station—so that when the party starts, you are completely relaxed and free to focus on your guests.
My staff is the backbone of Cuisineo. When you see our team in uniform, you are looking at professionals with 25 to 30 years of experience in hospitality. They are trained not just to serve, but to anticipate your needs—clearing plates silently, circulating appetizers efficiently, and managing the buffet flow so that no guest is left waiting.
Presentation is as much a part of the meal as the taste. We do not use standard, generic setups. Whether it is our signature copper-finish chafing dishes or the custom LED lighting for our live counters, every element is chosen to elevate the venue. We bring our own bone china crockery and stemware to ensure the standard remains consistent, whether we are catering in a high-end banquet hall or a home garden in Gurugram.
Many hosts worry about the clutter and the mess of setting up a buffet. That is why we handle the end-to-end logistics. We transport, set up, and clean up our service areas, leaving the venue exactly as we found it. Whether it is a corporate networking dinner or a private celebration, we aim for a seamless, 5-star experience from arrival to cleanup.
