This is where we separate the hobbyists from the future state-level players. We focus on intense, biomechanically sound training designed to get you selected for the Mumbai Cricket Association.

This is what we train for. The moment a batter trusts her technique and sends the ball exactly where she wants it to go. We build power and confidence through relentless, focused practice so that in the match, your instincts take over.

Results are the true measure of a program. We are incredibly proud of our players like Gagana, who earned her spot in the Mumbai U15 Girls off-season camp. This is a crucial step on the pathway to professional cricket, and we guide our players every step of the way.

My coaching philosophy is simple: connect before you coach. I aim to be the mentor I never had, someone who understands the player's mindset, not just their technique. We create thinking cricketers who can lead, adapt, and thrive under pressure.

This is what the off-season is for. We take the time to rebuild and refine, correcting fundamental issues to prevent injury and unlock a player's true potential. This before and after shows the transformation of a fast bowler's action, improving both legality and effectiveness in just two months.

It all starts with a smile. We believe that a genuine love for cricket is the foundation for all future success. Our academy is a place where young girls can discover their passion for the sport in a supportive and encouraging environment.

We prepare our players for the toughest challenges by simulating match pressure in training. Here, our U15 batters face deliveries at over 130 kph from a short distance. This intense drill builds courage, sharpens reflexes, and makes them ready for any bowler they might face.

Coaching is about the small details. Here, I am working with a 14-year-old athlete on her shoulder alignment and body position. Correcting these small technical points is what transforms a player's game and prevents them from making the same mistakes.

This is the result of dedication. Our player, Ibtisam Shaikh, playing a match-winning knock of 54 not out in the Goa Women's Premier League. We train our players not just to perform, but to be finishers who can handle pressure and take their team to victory.

This is where we filter out the hobbyists. When we run our off-season sessions, we aren't just hitting balls for the sake of it. We use sidearms to hit 130kmph plus because that is the pace you will face in state trials. If your technique cracks under that pressure, we stop, fix the biomechanics, and repeat. You need to be ready to earn your spot, not hope for one.
