Bowling Development: Fast & Spin Training
Whether you are a pacer aiming for extra speed or a spinner mastering the turn, we break down your action to build control. Let’s get you match-ready.
This is our 15-year-old athlete Unnati, who is new to leg spin. We are starting with the very basics, teaching her the correct grip, wrist position, and body rotation to ensure she develops a strong and repeatable action from the beginning.
This is what the off-season is for. We take the time to rebuild and refine, correcting fundamental issues to prevent injury and unlock a player's true potential. This before and after shows the transformation of a fast bowler's action, improving both legality and effectiveness in just two months.
Putting in the hard yards. This is our 13-year-old athlete Tvisha Shetty working on her fast bowling. We focus on building a smooth, athletic run-up and a powerful bowling action to generate pace and control.
Our 20-year-old athlete Janhavi working on minor technical changes to her bowling action. Even for experienced players, small adjustments in the run-up or delivery stride can lead to significant improvements in speed and accuracy.
This is 13-year-old Tvisha Shetty, a promising right-arm fast bowler and middle-order batter. We are developing her as an all-rounder, focusing on building a strong, athletic bowling action that will serve her well as she progresses through the age groups.
Our 18-year-old athlete Mansha Kapoor working on her fast bowling drills. We use various exercises to improve her run-up, balance at the crease, and follow-through, all of which are essential components of a successful fast bowler.

A competitive net session between our female athletes. Here, leg-spinner Mansha is bowling to batter Vaibhavi. This kind of match simulation in training helps both the batter and the bowler sharpen their skills under pressure.
About Pace & Spin: Bowling Development
Bowling is a science, not just running and throwing. We don't just want you to bowl fast; we want you to bowl smart and bowl injury-free. Many bowlers come to us with a questionable action or a run-up that leaks energy. We use video analysis to show you exactly where your momentum is breaking down, frame by frame. Whether you are learning a new leg-spin grip or trying to correct a legal fast-bowling action, we fix the root cause so you stop leaking runs and start taking wickets.
In cricket, your bowling action is your signature. If it is flawed, batters will figure it out, and more importantly, your body will break down. We focus on biomechanics—ensuring your front knee is braced, your arm path is clean, and your rotation generates natural pace rather than forced effort.
We don't believe in quick fixes. When a bowler joins us, especially for the High-Performance program, we begin with a deep diagnostic.
- Fast Bowlers: We look for the 'cringe' points—where you lose balance during the gather or release. We use sidearm throwers to simulate match speeds, forcing you to adjust your rhythm under pressure.
- Spinners: It is all about the wrist position and flight. Whether you are a leg-spinner or an off-spinner, we teach you how to use your whole body, not just your fingers, to impart revolutions on the ball.
Our training for Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) selection trials is rigorous. We simulate match pressure by setting field positions and asking you to bowl to specific lines and lengths. You learn to bowl 'dry' spells, building pressure on the batter until they make a mistake.
Remember, pace without control is just a gift to the batter. Spin without accuracy is just a full toss waiting to be hit. We help you earn your wickets by developing a repeatable, legal, and dangerous action. Whether you are a beginner picking up the ball for the first time or a senior player needing a tweak for the upcoming state season, you put in the work, and we provide the blueprint.
