• Performance Tracking: My team uses video analysis to correct technical flaws before they become bad habits. When a player goes to a trial, their technique must be solid.
• Tournament Exposure: We don't just coach; we actively place our players in recognized tournaments like the Vinoo Mankad Trophy and various district-level leagues. Exposure is the only way to get scouted.
• Fitness Standards: Whether you are aiming for the U-14, U-17, or U-23 category, fitness remains the non-negotiable filter. If you aren't fit, you won't last in a tournament, and coaches notice that immediately.
