About Building a Strong Athlete

At BGN, we don't just run laps. We integrate 'Desi Dand' and traditional bodyweight exercises with modern agility ladders and cone drills. This hybrid approach ensures you develop the raw power needed for pace bowling and the core stability required for long hours at the crease, specifically tailored to the grass surface of our R.K. Puram ground.

A cricketer is only as good as their body allows them to be. Whether you are 8 or 19, the demand on your core, legs, and lungs is immense. That is why our fitness curriculum is not an afterthought; it is the foundation of our academy.

We blend the old with the new. You will find our students doing traditional 'Desi Dand' and bodyweight movements to build functional, raw power. We pair these with modern athletic protocols like speed-ladder drills, explosive sprints, and plyometric jump exercises. This combination creates an athlete who is not just strong, but agile.
