Cricket Coaching & Grassroots Sports Development
From the nets at Delhi Cricket Hub to the stadiums at DTU, I focus on the grit and technical precision that turns players into pros.
On the field, inspecting the pitch. Understanding the playing surface is a critical part of cricket strategy, a detail I emphasize in both my coaching and commentary. This is where the game is won or lost.
At my home ground, the Delhi Cricket Hub. This is where we push past our comfort zones and build the foundation for success. Change and growth happen here every day.

About this collection
When I step on the field at the Hub or during a university event, I don't just watch from the sidelines. I focus on how you handle the pressure of a delivery, because that is where the game is actually won or lost. You get honest, real-time feedback—no sugarcoating—so you know exactly what technique needs fixing and where your game stands.
Coaching is the foundation of everything I do. Whether I am training U-19 prospects at Delhi Cricket Hub or managing large-scale sports events at DTU and IP University, the goal remains the same: building character alongside raw technique.
On the ground, I prioritize technical precision. We break down the basics—grip, stance, head position, and footwork—until they become muscle memory. But technique alone is not enough. You might have the perfect cover drive in the nets, but can you execute it when the game is on the line? My involvement with universities and local tournaments is about creating these high-pressure, realistic scenarios for students to test their grit.
We do not believe in shortcuts at my academy. You show up, you sweat, and we analyze your game until it is match-ready. I also lean heavily on strategy. Cricket is a game of chess played at high speeds, and I teach players to read the pitch, understand the opposition's weaknesses, and make tactical decisions under stress. If you are looking to sharpen your skills, understand the game’s strategy at a deeper level, or just find a team that works as hard as you do, let’s get on the field.
Harish Dagar
I am Harish Dagar, and at Delhi Cricket Hub, we do things differently—we train to win. I do not just watch from the sidelines; I am in the middle of it, breaking down every technique with the same intensity I bring to my own game. If you are ready to put in the work and stop playing for fun, let us get to training.
