I see food as medicine, not punishment. Junk food ko by-bye kaho (say bye-bye to junk food), but I won’t ask you to give up everything you love. We’ll cut out the ultra-processed stuff that causes problems like pot belly, but I’ll help you keep balance. Planned cheat meals are part of the deal. The goal is habits you can actually stick to.

My Story
Hey, Saurabh here. Life ka funda simple hai (life is simple): fitness is non-negotiable. Age? Just a number, boss. I started my gym journey in Meerut, and after 20 years, still at it in Bangalore. Gym is my therapy, but faith is my real strength - Har Har Mahadev before every lift. Bikes are my second love, Avenger and Royal Enfield.
