When you walk through our doors in Gurugram or Mumbai, the energy you feel isn't an accident. It is the result of a team that genuinely enjoys the rhythm of service. Our chefs, led by Dhiraj Dargan and Anuj Bhalla, treat the kitchen like a playground where regional Indian roots meet modern experimentation.
