Traditional Haldi & Mehendi Setup

Main Backdrop & Props

Backdrop Size: 8ft x 10ft standard frame with bright fabric drapes (Yellow/Orange/Pink).
Floral Work: High-density strings of fresh Marigold (Genda) and mango leaves.
Signage: Custom text (Haldi/Mehendi) in floral pasting or neon-flex mounted on the backdrop.
Prop Styling: Includes stacked wooden crates, brass Urlis filled with water and rose petals, and painted earthen pots.

Seating Configuration

Couple Seating: Decorated traditional swing (Jhula) or a bright 2-seater sofa with floral bunches.
Family Seating: 4-6 colorful floor mattresses with bolsters and cushions.
Guest Chairs: Fabric tie-backs or colored sashes for up to 40 existing venue chairs.

Entrance & Walkway

Welcome Display: Wooden easel stand with a personalized welcome board and marigold border.
Walkway: Floor Rangoli design using flower petals or a fabric carpet runner.

Boho-Glam Cocktail Decor

Stage & Ceiling Installations

Backdrop Style: Macrame hangings mixed with dried floral arrangements (Pampas grass, dried palms) and pastel tapestries.
Ceiling Decor: Suspended Mirror Balls (Disco balls) ranging from 8 inches to 16 inches mixed with fairy light strings.

Lighting & Table Setup

Mandap Furniture: 2 premium high-back velvet chairs for the couple, 4 standard chairs for parents, and Havan Kund styling.

Aisle & Varmala Stage

Varmala Stage: Separate stage for garland exchange with matching floral backdrop and cold pyro provision.
Walkway: 20-30ft aisle lined with floral pedestals or brass lamps and a carpet runner.

Entrance & Guest Area

Entrance: Double-arch or tunnel setup with drapes and floral bunches.
Guest Seating: Styling for up to 100 chairs (includes Tiffany/Chiavari rentals or high-quality covers) with color-coordinated sashes.
Dining: Floral bouquet centerpieces for dining tables and overhead fairy lights for the lawn.

Why I Do What I Do

I’m Neha, and for me, wedding decoration is all about that one moment when you walk in and just say, “Wow!” I put in crazy hours (sometimes no sleep at all) because I want your wedding to feel like you, not just another pretty setup.

How I Work

First, I want to know your story. We’ll chat about your ideas, mood boards, or even just random thoughts. Whether you want something classic or totally hatke (unique), I’ll help you find a vibe that’s yours.

My Signature Styles

For Mehendi & Haldi, I go all out with marigold flower decor, lots of genda phool, and cozy, happy colors. Sometimes I add quirky frames or floral signs for that extra touch.
Sangeet and Cocktail nights are my playground for boho wedding decor - think disco balls, fairy lights, Moroccan lanterns, and macrame backdrops. If you want a party look, I’m all in for bold colors and fun props.
Mandap decoration ideas? I love both the classic ivory-gold look with rajnigandha (tuberose) and crystals, and the fresh pink-green garden style with terracotta bells and lotus motifs.
For the reception, I can do grand golden panels or keep the boho-chic vibe going with pampas grass and dreamy lights.
