A little behind the scenes look at the planning and setup process. From coordinating with my team to adding the final touches myself, I am personally involved in making sure every detail is perfect.

About My Process & Happy Clients

I don't just show up on the event day; I'm on-site from the very first hour to manage the build personally. Whether it’s hanging 3,000 ornaments for a Christmas tree or ensuring the marigold strings for your Haldi are perfectly spaced, I’m the one on the ladder or the floor making sure it’s right. When you chat with me, you’re talking directly to the person who will be executing your decor, not a sales representative.

My process is rooted in one belief: your event should feel like you, not a cookie-cutter template. It usually starts with a conversation—not just about dates and budgets, but about your story. Are you a pilot who wants a 3D propeller? Are you looking for a sustainable Haldi setup? I take these raw ideas and create a custom mood board to visualize the final result.

The Execution Phase

Once we lock in the vision, the heavy lifting begins. I personally oversee the entire setup, often putting in 24+ hours of continuous work to ensure everything from the mandap structure to the smallest table centerpiece is flawless. My approach is hands-on. If you see a video of a floral arch being set up, that's likely me or my close-knit team right there on the ground.

Decor is more than just fabric and flowers; it’s about the atmosphere. I specialize in:

  • Custom Fabrication: Building props specifically for your theme rather than renting generic items.
  • Sustainability: Whenever possible, I look for eco-friendly alternatives for backdrops and structural elements.
  • Direct Communication: You work with me from start to finish. This ensures that the details we discuss during our initial brainstorming session make it onto the final stage.
