More than just a gym, The Space is our Juhu studio designed for real connections, honest coaching, and building strength that lasts.
The process starts with a conversation. Here, I'm sitting down with a client during our Summer Shred program to go over his InBody results and fine-tune his plan. We believe in a data-driven, personalized approach.
We track progress with more than just the scale. Taking measurements is a key part of our check-ins, helping clients see tangible changes and stay motivated on their transformation journey.

About The Space: Our Studio & Community
Walking into our Juhu studio, you won't find the usual gym noise—no loud grunting for show, no intimidating machines you cannot figure out. Instead, you will see people checking their InBody results over coffee or hanging out in our garden space between sets. We designed The Space to be a 'third place'—not home, not work, but a spot where you actually look forward to showing up. We keep the equipment professional-grade, but the culture is strictly about supporting your progress, not judging your starting point.
Since relaunching in 2021, my partner Gigi and I have been focused on one thing: creating a studio that makes strength training sustainable. Whether you are using our Assault AirBikes, rowing machines, or Olympic lifting platforms, the focus stays on movement quality. But the studio is just the beginning. Our community is the real engine here. We run monsoon treks, organize run clubs, and host workshops that go way beyond the barbell. It is about building a tribe that shows up for each other, whether you are recovering from an injury, managing PCOS, or just trying to get stronger after a long hiatus.
