I started my fitness journey in 2022 knowing nothing about training or nutrition. By 2024, I stood on a national stage as a Miss India Fitness winner. My Coaching Method

I don't believe in magic pills or restrictive fad diets. My coaching is built on three pillars:

  • Strength-Focused Training: We utilize compound movements like deadlifts, T-bar rows, and battle ropes. These exercises build a solid foundation for your physique.
  • Macro-Based Nutrition: I help you eat for your goals, whether you prefer Roti and Rice or bodybuilding staples. We adjust your plan based on how your body responds every week.
  • Mental Toughness: The gym is where we turn pain into power. I provide weekly check-ins via WhatsApp to keep you accountable and fix your form before injury happens.
