Fitness is not a 3-month crash course. This is my 25-year 'sadhana'—a journey of relentless dedication, engineering a physique, and learning to win by losing.

2015 vs 2025. A decade of progress. It is not easy to stay in the game and constantly improve, but that is what it takes. This is a reminder that real change takes time.

2012 vs 2025. A look back at my physique at 26 years young compared to 39. This journey is measured in decades, not days or months. Understand this, and you will never be disappointed.

The same body weight, three years apart. This is the definition of body recomposition. The goal is not always weight loss; it is about eating more, lifting heavier, and building muscle for a toned look.

The moment I became an IFBB Pro. After 6 years and 12 shows, I finally achieved my goal. This is a message to everyone from a small town: your dreams are valid, and with enough hard work, you can achieve them.

A glimpse into my journey, from my childhood to earning my IFBB Pro status. It covers how I started training and the lonely years of competing without a support system, learning to win by losing.

The 25-year effort behind the physique. I started training in 2000, and for the first 12 years, I did not even know what testosterone was. My foundation was built on one simple rule: eat and lift weights.

Four weeks out from the Sheru Classic competition. A look at my back conditioning at 100.5 kgs, getting ready to be shredded to the bone for the stage.

This song says it all. No one will care for you as much as you care for yourself. Be independent and take charge of your own life and your own success.

A throwback to my heavy lifting days, deadlifting 220 kgs for 8 reps. This showcases the foundation of raw strength that my bodybuilding physique is built upon.

A professional shot that represents my focus and readiness for the next big thing in my career. The journey is always forward.

About My Journey: From Beginner to IFBB Pro

I started in 2000 with a simple rule: eat and lift. No PEDs, no fancy protocols for 12 years, just raw consistency. Most people look at the medals, the IFBB Pro card, and my current physique, but they miss the decade of juggling a corporate software engineering job with training sessions where I learned more from my losses than my wins.
