The Training Protocol
We don't mess around with fluff. Whether you are training online or with me in Vijayanagar, the program focuses on foundational, compound movements. We prioritize deadlifts, T-bar rows, battle ropes, and pull-ups. These aren't just exercises; they are the tools to build a physique that is as strong as it is aesthetic. If you're struggling with a plateau, we analyze your form and adjust the volume.
Why Partner Coaching Matters
Many people train, but few train with intensity. As your coach, I provide the real-time form correction that prevents injury. If we’re in a partner gym, I’m the one spotting you to hit that final rep safely. If you’re training online, I’m reviewing your technique videos weekly. You get constant feedback on your intensity, breathing, and engagement.
Nutrition & Fuel
Training in the gym is only 50% of the battle. My guidance includes macro-based nutrition that actually fits an Indian lifestyle. We use real food, not just supplements. However, if you need a recovery boost, I only suggest products I’ve personally tested for months. No bloating, no side effects—just clean results.
