The Cutest Beast Lifestyle: Strength, Confidence, and Grace
Fitness is not just about the gym. It is about how you carry yourself every day. Here is a glimpse into the Cutest Beast lifestyle.
A moment in the car, ready to take on the day. The journey is just as important as the destination, so you have to keep showing up.
A short video showing my strong and confident persona. This is the energy I bring to everything I do.
Posing in a dress at Peter's Gym. Even outside of workout gear, the results of the game are clear. When you understand the game, you don't panic.
A candid shot, showing a moment of thought. Being a Kannadathi is a core part of my identity.
A happy and confident pose. This is the look of someone who is proud of her hard work and heritage.
Another candid moment, showing a different side of my personality.
A simple, elegant shot at an event, holding a championship belt. A quiet moment of victory.
Posing at an event during my bulking phase. It was a pleasure to meet and get a wonderful picture from a supporter.
A powerful back double bicep pose in a dress. This shows that strength is always with you, no matter what you're wearing.
A confident front pose, showing the results of my bulking season. I'm grateful for the support from my coach and community.
About The 'Cutest Beast' Lifestyle
You might see me hitting personal bests in the gym, but the real work happens in the hours outside of training. Being a fitness athlete is a full-time commitment, and it requires finding a balance that lets you show up for yourself and your goals without burning out.
Being the 'Cutest Beast' is not just a label. It is how I live. Whether I am training for a national championship or going about my day in Bengaluru, the mindset stays the same: discipline, authenticity, and gratitude. You will often find me in gym gear pushing my limits, and just as often in a traditional saree celebrating my heritage. This is who I am.
I do not believe in separating fitness from life. My coaching approach reflects this. I help clients build a physique they are proud of, but I also focus on the mental strength required to sustain it. My clients learn to turn pain into power, just as I did from 2022 to 2024 to get where I am today.
Whether I am posing on stage with a championship belt or grabbing a coffee in Vijayanagar, the energy remains the same. My journey from a regular enthusiast to a national athlete was paved with deadlifts, strict macro-counting, and a refusal to give up. This is exactly what I bring to my clients. When we work together, you are not just getting a list of exercises. You get a partner who has been through the plateaus, the fatigue, and the doubt.
We focus on real-world training—compound lifts like T-bar rows and battle ropes—that build actual strength, not just gym-floor aesthetics. My nutrition guidance is just as straightforward: we use food to fuel your life, without demonizing your favorite meals. My goal is to help you build a body that feels capable and powerful, regardless of whether you are in gym gear or traditional attire. If you are ready to put in the effort, I am ready to guide you.
