This illustration shows the different ways you can customize our Ivy bucket bag. You can choose a solid leather, go for an all-woven texture, or add delicate Lace embroidery. We can also place a monogram on the back for a personal touch.
The Perry is one of our most customizable structured bags. As this sketch shows, we can add a full zip closure to the mouth or a central zipped divider for better organization. You can also choose where to place your monogram.
Our Celia bag is a unique cylindrical design. This illustration shows the default monogram placement on the back, but for a made-to-order piece, we can also place it on the front flap for a more prominent look.
The Sunaina hobo is all about relaxed style, and you can make it your own. This sketch shows how we can add a monogram to the front or back. You can also play with the colors of the tassels and the twill-woven handle.
A great example of a simple but effective customization. Our patron Mathangi customized her Adam sling in a lovely Peach leather by adding a wide, comfortable sling handle in a contrasting Nude and Mulberry color combination.

It is not just about picking a design off the shelf. Common Customizations
- Practical Tweaks: Need an exterior slip pocket for your phone or a secure zip-top closure on an open tote? We often modify the construction for better utility. We can also adjust handle drop lengths to ensure the bag sits comfortably on your shoulder.
- Personalization: Add a monogram up to 10 characters in gold foil. You choose the font and placement, whether you want it visible on the front or tucked inside as a secret detail.
- Artistic Edits: We work with specialists to integrate Gond painting, Zardozi embroidery, or hand-woven leather textures into your bag. These are true collaborations between our leather artisans and master craftspeople.
A Note on Our Materials
We hunt for unique, upcycled leather lots, which means our stock is constantly changing. A leather that is available today might not be here next month. If you have your heart set on a specific shade or grain, let us know early. Because we work with one artisan per bag, we can take the time to ensure the leather thickness and texture are appropriate for any embroidery or weaving you choose. We will always tell you upfront if a specific design or art style will not work with a particular hide, as honesty is how we make sure you love what you carry.
