Being a voice for the voiceless is at the heart of everything we do. We are here to educate the community on animal rights, bust common myths, and push for a kinder world for every street animal in Bangalore.

Before you reject a pup for their breed, ask yourself how you would feel to be judged for how you look. Indies are smart, loving, and perfectly adapted to our environment. Choose humanity, adopt an Indie.

Do you know the legal rights of street dogs in India? It is illegal to harm or relocate them. We've partnered with Doggie Bazaar to share this crucial information to help protect our community animals.

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to report a rescue to us. Working together with the community is the most effective way to help animals in distress.

On World Environment Day, our resident dog Shadow has a simple message: Plant trees and adopt pets. Both actions help make the world a better place.

We did it. Thanks to our incredible donors, our "Redo the Roof" fundraiser was a success. This new roof will protect our animals from harsh weather for years to come.

Our CARE Force team handles many tactical rescues that require specialized equipment. This includes harnesses, helmets, and rope systems to ensure the safety of both the rescuer and the animal.

A rescue harness is a critical piece of equipment for our team, allowing them to safely access animals in high or difficult-to-reach places.

About this collection

Real change starts with understanding the law. For instance, did you know that relocating community dogs from their territory is illegal under Indian law? Many people are unaware of this, which is why we actively work to educate residents and communities so that our street dogs can coexist peacefully in the areas they have called home for years.

Beyond the Rescue

Our work extends far beyond the emergency calls and shelter walls. We believe that if we want a permanent solution to animal suffering, we have to change how people perceive street animals. Whether it is explaining why Indie dogs are the healthiest and most resilient choice for our climate, or detailing the legal protections against cruelty, our goal is to shift perspectives.

Knowing Your Rights

Ignorance is often the biggest enemy of street animals. People frequently try to relocate dogs because they fear them or simply don't know the law. We use this space to share clear, accessible information about the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act and Supreme Court rulings that protect community dogs. When you know your rights, you can stand up for the dog in your neighborhood.

The Reality of Our Work

Advocacy also means being transparent about what we do. Our CARE Force team isn't just about showing up; it is about using the right equipment for the right situation. From tactical rescue harnesses for dogs stuck in wells to basic first aid, we want you to see how your support translates into real action. We regularly host workshops and share guides on how to report a rescue efficiently because the faster the community acts, the better the outcome for the animal.

Be Part of the Solution

We don't just ask for donations; we ask for awareness. Follow our journey, share our posts, and help us debunk the myths that keep people from adopting Indies. Every person who chooses to adopt instead of shop, or speaks up for a street dog, is an advocate in their own right. Join us in making Bangalore a safer, kinder city for every animal.

At CARE, our days start with a ringing phone and a plea for help. We are a community of rescuers, doctors, and volunteers fighting for the ones who cannot speak for themselves. Every story we share and every law we advocate for is a step toward a world where every animal gets a fair chance.
