More Than Running: Holistic Fitness and Cross-Training in Bengaluru

People ask if I get bored running by myself. My answer is in the joy of movement and the company I find along the way.

About More Than Running
I don't believe in just pounding the pavement until you're bored. To stay injury-free and consistent, I mix our road runs with cycling sessions and high-intensity bodyweight circuits, ensuring your body stays agile while your mind stays sharp.
If you train with me, you will realize that running is just one piece of the puzzle. At Road to Trail Club (RTC), we focus on holistic conditioning because a one-dimensional athlete is an injury-prone athlete. We use cycling to build cardiovascular base without the high impact on your joints, and our HIIT sessions with burpees, mountain climbers, and jump squats ensure you have the explosive power needed for race day.
Whether you are aiming for your first 5K or training for the Malnad Ultra, you need strength. My squad sessions in Cubbon Park incorporate functional movements that target stabilizer muscles, core strength, and ankle stability. This isn't a gym where you stare at a wall. We train in the open, we track our progress on Strava, and yes, we bring our dogs. If you want a crew that holds you accountable but never takes themselves too seriously, you are in the right place. We keep the discipline high but the tension low, making sure every kilometer is a step forward, not a drag.
