Grooming isn't just about making your dog smell nice. For us, it’s a desensitization process. If your dog is anxious, fearful of the dryer, or has sensitive skin like Pippa who came to us with an infection, we take the time to build their comfort. We don’t rush. Whether it’s a medicated bath or a 45-minute swim to burn off energy, we treat your dog’s nervous system with as much care as their coat.
More Than Just a Bath
We don't run a high-volume pet salon. Our grooming room is an extension of our training facility. Simran and I handle the process personally, which allows us to focus on the dog's state of mind. If a dog is nervous about the blower or the nail trimmer, we pause. We use counter-conditioning techniques to ensure they aren't just getting clean, but actually learning to tolerate—and eventually enjoy—the process.
Specialized Pool Therapy
Our swimming pool in Sector 62, Gurugram, is a tool for fitness and rehabilitation, not just a place to splash around. We provide trainer-assisted sessions that are excellent for:
