About Grooming & Spa Day
My grooming process is slow and steady. If your pup gets nervous around water or loud dryers, I take extra breaks for cuddles and treats. They will never be rushed or forced, so we work at their pace to ensure they leave feeling calm and confident rather than anxious.
For me, grooming is just another form of care. Many of my clients come here for a swim in the pool, and a proper spa session is the perfect way to finish that day. Living in Delhi, our dogs deal with a lot of dust and the heat, so a good wash is essential for their skin health.
I handle everything from a refreshing bath and conditioning to a full trim and blow-dry. If your dog is a first-timer or has a bit of separation anxiety, don't worry. I am a big believer in building trust first. I let them sniff the equipment, get comfortable with the table, and only then do we start. My goal is to make sure your pup associates grooming with a positive experience—lots of praise, maybe a few belly rubs, and definitely no stress. Whether it is a quick spruce-up or a full pampering session, I treat every dog as if they were my own Denver or Jenny.
