Behavior Modification and Reactive Dog Training
Dealing with reactivity, aggression, or fear can feel isolating. We run a structured, intensive board and train program in Gurugram designed to build your dog's confidence and teach them how to stay calm, even when their triggers are present.
This is Cheeko. When a dog comes to us with fear and mistrust, our first job isn't to command, it's to connect. We build a bond and become a safe space, because only when a dog trusts can they truly learn. This is the foundation of our "heart before habit" philosophy.
Cheeku, a 4-year-old Lhasa Apso, joined our board and train program to address a history of biting due to fear. Our goal here is not to suppress his reactions, but to build his confidence from the ground up, helping him manage his triggers and find a calmer state of mind.
This is Bruno, a Golden Doodle, working through his dog-to-dog reactivity. Using controlled, positive sessions, we are helping him learn to stay calm and neutral around other dogs. After just five sessions in our visitation program, the progress is clear and steady.
Here's an update on Theo, a German Shepherd with a history of dog reactivity and a previous bite incident. We use our calm, obedient dogs as neutral distractions, gradually decreasing the distance and teaching Theo that he doesn't need to react. Strong obedience is the key to managing reactivity.
Nico, a 5-month-old pup, came to us with a challenging set of genetic issues including territorial and owner-directed aggression. Our trainers immediately began a program of desensitization and structured obedience to provide him with the lifelong skills needed to manage these behaviors.
An update on Nico's progress. We are focusing on five core commands: Sit, Down, Stay, Recall, and Heel. Alongside obedience, we are doing extensive desensitization work to help him cope with his triggers. He has adjusted well and is showing good progress.
Tiger's graduation day. This case was close to our hearts, as he came to us with significant genetic behavioral issues. While we can't change genetics, we can provide the training and structure to manage these problems, allowing both the dog and owner to live a stable, happy life together.
About Transformation Stories: From Reactive to Relaxed
We don't just 'fix' a dog; we change how they process the world. When a dog comes to us with severe reactivity or a history of biting, we start with days of decompression—no commands, just presence to build a safe bond. You need to understand that real behavioral change requires us to handle the specific triggers you face at home, whether it is leash tension or resource guarding. We bridge that gap by teaching you the exact mechanics of the tools we use, like prong or slip leads, so you can maintain the progress once your dog returns home.
Beyond Obedience: Addressing the Root Cause
Most dogs struggling with reactivity aren't 'bad.' They are overwhelmed, fearful, or genetically wired for high-intensity responses. Our board and train program in Sector 62 is built specifically for these dogs. We move past basic sit-and-stay commands to focus on neurological regulation. We use controlled environments to expose dogs to their specific triggers—be it other dogs, strangers, or tight spaces—and teach them to choose calmness over a fight response.
The Method
We utilize desensitization and counter-conditioning. This means your dog learns that a trigger (a passing dog, a stranger) does not predict a threat, but predicts a reward for staying neutral. It is not magic; it is a repetitive, structured process.
What to Expect
This is a commitment. Our residential programs last 4 to 6 weeks. We start with individual, secure kennel rotation and industrial cooling, ensuring the dog feels safe before training even begins. By the end of the residency, we conduct mandatory in-person handover sessions for you. If you do not learn how to use the gear and maintain the boundaries, the dog will revert. It is hard work for us, and it is a lifestyle commitment from you. If you are ready to do the work, we are ready to help.

Simran and I run this show just the two of us, no big team. We pour everything into these dogs, whether it's a fearful Indie or a high-drive working breed, because we know the stress of having a dog you can’t fully trust.
