About Behind the Scenes: My Process
I prepare every single setup the day before, down to the last prop. It helps me stay calm and focused on your family, ensuring that when you walk through my studio door, you feel nothing but a relaxed, slow-paced experience. There is no ticking clock here, just space for your family to be yourselves.
My philosophy is simple: I don’t do rushed. Whether it is a newborn session or a toddler milestone shoot, the energy in the room dictates the pace of the day. If a little one needs a snack break, a cuddle, or a story time, we pause. We don’t force stiff smiles or rigid poses that don’t feel like you.
My studio in South Bangalore is set up as a comfortable, safe space where I can swap between my minimalist solid backdrops and boho-inspired setups with ease. When I travel for home shoots, I bring that same logic with me, using portable lighting to transform a corner of your living room into a private, quiet space for portraits.
I treat these sessions as my own therapy because I love watching the real dynamics unfold—the genuine laughter, the sibling bonds, and the way a mother holds her baby. By planning every detail in advance, I remove the anxiety from the process so that you can focus on the most important part: the connection with your family. You will see that in the final images, we don't just capture how you look, but how you feel together.
