A Peek Behind the Scenes at My Studio
Getting the perfect shot with children takes more than just a camera. It takes patience, plenty of play, and sometimes a nap or two. Here is a look at how I work to keep kids happy and natural during our sessions.
A short video showing me at work during a toddler session. It takes patience and a playful attitude to get those perfect shots, and I love becoming a kid with them to make it happen.
Here you can see me capturing a photo of a toddler in a traditional outfit. I often sit on the floor to be at their level, which helps them feel more comfortable and engaged.

About this collection
You might wonder how we get those smiles without forcing poses. The truth is simple: I never rush. If a baby needs a nap, we stop and wait. If they want to play, we play. These sessions are designed to be fun for your child, not a performance, so the real smiles happen naturally.
Photography with infants and toddlers is unpredictable, and that is exactly how it should be. My studio in Jayanagar is not a stiff, clinical space. It is a playground where the camera is just a secondary concern. Whether I am shooting a cake smash or a themed fantasy portrait, my focus is always on the child’s comfort level.
Why I Take My Time
Parents often worry if their child will cooperate, but my approach is built on flexibility. I have spent two decades learning that when you pressure a child to smile, you get a forced expression. When you let them be themselves—crawling around, playing with props, or even having a snack—that is when the magic happens. If a little one gets cranky, we take a break. If they want to explore the studio, I follow them.
The Setup Process
Everything you see in my gallery, from balloon arches to themed backgrounds, is carefully prepared before the session begins. I use natural lighting and soft studio setups to keep the environment calm. This allows me to focus entirely on capturing the right moment without scrambling to fix lights or props while the baby is ready.
What You Can Expect
If you are booking a session for your little one, know that you are not just hiring a photographer. You are hiring someone who is ready to be a playmate. Whether we are doing a Krishna-themed shoot with matkas or a messy, joy-filled cake smash, the goal is always to keep the experience stress-free for both you and your child.
Wonderkids
I am Prasad, and for the last 20 years, my studio has been filled with the sound of giggles and sleepy sighs. I believe the best photos come when a child forgets there is a camera in the room. I love becoming a kid with them, playing games, and waiting for those authentic, happy expressions to surface.
