If you are worried about the stability of a tiered or rotating castle cake, don't be. I use internal doweling systems on heavy-duty 12mm drum boards for every structural design, so your cake stays perfectly intact and stable for transport across Borivali and Kandivali.
Baking for a child’s birthday is my favorite kind of challenge because there is no room for 'boring.' Whether you want a fairy garden with internal fairy lights or an action-packed Avengers scene with a chocolate drip, my process focuses on both the look and the taste.
My Approach to Kids' Cakes
Every cake starts with a chat. I want to know what your child is currently obsessed with—is it a specific superhero, a cartoon character, or maybe a dream of a princess castle? Once we lock in the theme, I figure out the best technique to bring it to life.
For smaller celebrations, I love making detailed bento or semi-fondant cakes. For the big milestones, I create tiered rotating cakes or structural designs that become the centerpiece of the party.

- Safety & Quality: I offer both eggless and egg-based sponge options. Everything is made fresh in my kitchen in Chikuwadi, Borivali West.
- Stability: For all tiered or rotating cakes, I use a professional doweling system. You don't have to worry about the cake tilting or collapsing during transport.
- Delivery: I deliver within a 3km radius covering Borivali West, Borivali East, and Kandivali to ensure your cake arrives in perfect condition.
- Lead Time: Because these cakes involve detailed piping and structural work, please reach out at least 2 days in advance, especially for weekend parties.
