I bake these fresh, typically around 250g to 300g, which is just the right portion for 1-2 people. You can choose between eggless or regular sponge bases, including flavors like Vanilla, Chocolate, and Red Velvet. When it comes to the design, I stick to minimalist styles—clean text piping, buttercream florals, or abstract smear designs.
