Whether it is a construction site theme with chocolate 'dirt' or a princess castle, I focus on using high-quality buttercream or ganache instead of fondant whenever possible, ensuring the cake tastes just as amazing as it looks.
I believe a birthday cake should be the highlight of the party, not just a dessert. Whether your child is obsessed with Cocomelon, Frozen, or a specific construction theme, I love the challenge of translating that enthusiasm into a custom cake.
My process is all about the details that make kids smile. I use 100% eggless, pure veg sponge, so every little guest can enjoy the party without worry. If you prefer to avoid the heavy sweetness of fondant, you will love my signature non-fondant designer cakes. I use premium Swiss Meringue Buttercream or chocolate ganache to achieve those vibrant, sharp designs that hold up perfectly at parties across Mumbai.
From hand-modelled figurines like Shinchan or Pikachu to structural 3D designs that look like real toys, I pour a lot of love into the sculpting work. I also do complete dessert tables. Think matching cupcakes, cookies, and treats that turn a simple cake-cutting into a full-blown theme experience.
