Before you place an order, remember that rotating or gravity-defying cakes require a little extra planning. Since these rely on internal engineering and specialized supports to ensure they travel safely from my kitchen in Chikuwadi to your venue, I recommend booking at least a few days in advance so I can get the mechanics just right.
When I say I can bake anything, I mean it. Whether it's a birthday cake that literally spins on its own, a funny bachelorette cake that gets a laugh from the whole group, or a gravity-defying masterpiece, I focus on the mechanics as much as the taste. My kitchen in Chikuwadi is where the magic happens, but a lot of the hatke work involves cardboard engineering and structural support. I use solid, food-safe internal dowels and heavy-duty drums to make sure your rotating or multi-tiered cakes reach you in one piece.
If you have a crazy theme in mind—whether it's a funny meme, a specific inside joke for a friend, or a complex structural design—don't hesitate to share the reference photo or the concept. I don't just bake; I translate your idea into fondant and sponge.
