'Aamcha Tharlay' means 'It's decided!'. This two-tier cake is perfect for a Roka or engagement announcement, decorated with a cute couple topper in traditional attire to celebrate the happy news.

For a Kelvan or Gudi Padwa cake, the challenge is not just the flavor, but ensuring the scale and placement of the toppers, like the Gudi or specific Marathi quotes, do not compromise the stability of the cream base. I use specific support boards to keep everything upright so your centrepiece looks perfect from the first photo to the last slice.
