When you order a multi-tiered or gravity-defying design, I personally install food-safe internal dowels and support boards to ensure structural integrity. It means your cake stays stable from my Borivali kitchen to your venue, so your centerpiece arrives looking exactly as it was designed without any leaning or accidents.
How I Build Your Cake
Baking is more than a job to me; it is a creative process where I get to bring your stories to life. Whether I am making a simple bento cake or a complex rotating structure, the steps remain the same: high-quality ingredients, careful design, and attention to detail.
Quality & Ingredients
Every cake I bake is 100% eggless and vegetarian. I work with high-quality sponges, ensuring they are moist and sturdy enough to hold intricate fondant work or heavy toppings. For my gravity-defying or tiered cakes, I use dense mud cake bases that provide the necessary strength for the design to hold up during your party.
The Creative Process
- Planning: We start by discussing your theme, be it a specific hobby, a cultural milestone like a Kelvan ceremony, or a fun adult-themed birthday.
- Execution: I sketch out the design to visualize the final product.
- Detailing: This is where the magic happens. I hand-mold fondant figures, arrange fresh or artificial florals, and apply finishing touches like metallic leaf or custom acrylic toppers.
Delivery & Handling
My kitchen is based in Chikuwadi, Borivali West. I personally oversee the packing of every order to ensure it reaches you safely. Whether you are in Kandivali, Borivali East, or nearby, I take extra care to pack your treats so they survive the transit. If you have a last-minute request or a unique idea, just reach out. I am Manali, and I am happiest when I am elbow-deep in flour in my Borivali kitchen.
