About Grand Celebration Cakes
When you choose a tiered cake, the engineering matters just as much as the look. I build these with internal dowels and individual cake boards to keep everything stable during transport across Mumbai. You get a showstopper that arrives in one piece, not a cake that leans halfway through your celebration.
Grand celebrations require a cake that can hold its own, and that is where my tiered designs come in. I typically work with 2 or 3 tier structures for weddings, engagements, and 60th birthdays. The process starts with a solid foundation, ensuring the sponge is stable and the Swiss Meringue Buttercream is perfectly chilled for the event.
Design & Artistry
I focus on a clean, modern aesthetic. Think smooth, scraped sides or textured stucco finishes paired with 24k edible gold leaf. I love incorporating fresh, pesticide-free flowers and dried botanicals for that rustic yet luxury feel. Flavor & Quality
My signature flavors like Italian Lemon and Blueberry or classic Belgian Chocolate work exceptionally well for large events. Since I make everything from scratch, you can choose different flavors for different tiers, giving your guests a variety of tastes.

These cakes require careful planning. Because I handle everything from the initial design concept to the final assembly of the structure, I cannot accommodate last-minute requests. Please text me with your event date and a rough idea of what you are looking for as early as possible. This helps me ensure I have the time to prep your design properly and arrange for safe delivery.
