Why I Bake
Cake should look as good as it tastes, na? I’m all about making custom buttercream cakes that double as edible art. Lost In Taste is just me, playing with flavours and colours till something feels perfect for your celebration.
Styles I Love
Swiss buttercream is my jam. I do vintage Lambeth piping for those old-school romantic feels, and minimalist bow cakes that look straight out of Pinterest. Big luxe tiered cakes for weddings and milestone birthdays? Sorted - gold leaf, fresh flowers, the works. If you want boho themed cakes or something quirky like a "pyaar ek dhoka hai" (love is a scam) cake, I’m up for it.
Flavours Matter
Signature is my Italian Lemon & Blueberry. Seasonal fruit cake flavours pop up depending on what’s fresh. Other hits: Belgian chocolate, vanilla sea salt caramel with strawberry buttercream, chocolate cherry, and classic rich vanilla. I do custom flavours too, but only if it can be done right.
How It Works
Sizes start from 1kg, with smaller celebration cakes and bento cakes for cosy hangouts. I make cakes for birthdays, engagements, anniversaries, bridal showers, baby announcements... you name it. Every order is made from scratch so, last-minute cake? Sorry, can’t do.

Hey, I’m the one behind Lost In Taste. Been baking and doodling on cakes in Mumbai for 7 years now - still feels wild. Started off just loving buttercream, now it’s all about edible art.
